I – GENERAL CONDITIONS
1° BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Pitches are booked from Saturday to Saturday in high season. Mobile homes are booked on Wednesdays or Saturdays in high season. Pitches are available from 1:00 p.m. and departures until 12:00 p.m. at the latest. Mobile home arrivals are from 4pm, departures until 10am.
  • The reservation is final after our agreement and receipt of the deposit.
  • No discount will be granted for late arrival or early departure.
  • Any stay begun is due in full.
  • For pitches, the balance must be paid no later than the day before departure. For mobile homes, the balance of the stay must be paid one month before arrival.

2° IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF THE STAY

  • If the cancellation is made 1 month before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus a €30 cancellation fee and the €30 booking fee will not be refunded. After this period, the deposit remains the property of the campsite. If you wish, you can benefit from a credit valid only for the current season and the following one. After this time, the deposit will no longer be valid.
  • In the event of late arrival, the deposit will maintain the validity of your stay for 24 hours. After this time, and without any news from the customer, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • For cancellations due to destination errors, only a credit note will be issued. This credit will be valid for the current season and the following one.

3° SAFETY RULES

  • Anyone wishing to stay at least one night on the campsite must first show proof of identity and complete the required formalities. Minors not accompanied by their parents are not allowed to stay on the campsite.
  • Campsite users are required to wear their wristbands and vehicle stickers in order to facilitate the work of the staff in charge of identification.

4° ANIMALS

  • Only dogs and cats are allowed on the campsite. They are tolerated on a leash, subject to presentation of their vaccination record, official documents and must be tattooed and/or chipped.
  • 1st and2nd category dogs are prohibited.
  • The presence of a dog or cat in a mobile home is subject to certain conditions. You must inform the campsite of this when you make your reservation.
  • Basic rules of hygiene and site tranquility must be respected.

5TH INSTALLATION

  • Tents, caravans, motorhomes and related equipment must be set up on the site indicated, in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.
  • Only gas or electric barbecues are permitted.

II- SPECIAL CONDITIONS

PROMOTIONAL PRICE REDUCTIONS

Camping Municipal de la Plage reserves the right to organize promotional operations in compliance with current regulations. The rates applied in the context of these operations are only valid according to the specific sales conditions linked to these operations and cannot be granted for sales made outside these operations. No retroactivity will be applied to bookings made outside the promotional periods. Offers and promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined.

DYNAMIC PRICING

The prices indicated are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to change the rates at any time. Stays will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of the reservation, subject to availability. It is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite directly.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A maximum of 6 people per pitch.

INSURANCE

Campers must be insured for personal and family liability. He retains responsibility for his installation and equipment.
