Is the campsite far from the beach?

How am I identified as a campsite guest?
Wearing a wristband is mandatory throughout your entire stay at Camping de la Plage. One colour is used for adults and another for children.
Is the campsite equipped with an AED?
What is an AED? u003cstrongu003eAn Automated External Defibrillatoru003c/strongu003e (AED) is a medical device that helps resuscitate victims of cardiac arrest. Combined with CPR, a defibrillator significantly increases the chances of survival. It is located on the campsite square near the activity centre and the swimming pool.
Is it possible to pay in interest-free instalments?
To book at Camping de la Plage, you must pay a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay in a single payment at the time of booking. However, you can pay the remaining balance in interest-free instalments by logging into your u003ca href=u0022https://www.camping-municipal-de-la-plage.com/p/8?cc-ns=1u0022u003ecustomer accountu003c/au003e.u003cbru003eFor mobile home bookings, the balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival at the campsite.
Do you accept VACAF vouchers?

What do our prices include?
Our prices include your rental accommodation or camping pitch, water and electricity consumption, and tourist taxes (adults only).

Our establishment strives to ensure the satisfaction of every guest. If you encounter any issue during your stay (or before/after), we invite you to visit us at reception. We will do everything we can to resolve the matter to your full satisfaction.
Who must pay the tourist tax?
All adults (aged 18 and over) staying at the campsite.
Is there a naturist beach nearby?
u003cstrongu003eYesu003c/strongu003e, just a 10-minute walk from the campsite. Please note that the campsite itself is not a naturist site!
How much is the booking fee?
The booking fee is 30 euros, applicable only during high season.
Can we place a hold on a stay?
You can place a hold on a booking, which will be valid for 10 days. After this period, it will be automatically cancelled.
How do I get the invoice for my stay?
Your invoice is sent to your email address after your stay has been paid in full.
What should I do if I arrive at the campsite after reception has closed?

Activities & Entertainment
Are all activities free and without prior booking?
All activities at the campsite are free and open to everyone. However, we strongly recommend booking a table at the restaurant. Aquabike and Aquagym sessions must be booked in advance with the lifeguards.
Is there a kids’ club?
We have a kids’ club open in July and August for children aged 5 to 12. Registration is required and free of charge.
How can I get the activities schedule?
The schedules are displayed at various points around the campsite. They are also available on our social media pages and on our interactive kiosk located at reception.
Is there a gym?
Yes, a gym is available at the campsite, but it is independently operated. For any enquiries, please contact 06 35 25 16 18.

Can I rent bikes or paddleboards at the campsite?
Yes, you will find various bike and paddleboard rental packages at our shop located on the campsite square.
Is there a gift and souvenir shop at the campsite?
Yes, our shop is located on the main square of the campsite.
Can I rent a baby cot, high chair or baby bath?
Yes, we have baby kits available for rent (travel cot, high chair and baby bath). You can add this option when making your booking.
Is there a restaurant at the campsite?
Yes, the campsite has an independently operated bar, restaurant, pizzeria and snack bar.
Is there a grocery shop?
Yes, there is an independently operated Proxy grocery shop on the campsite.
Can I have a barbecue at the campsite?

Cleaning:
Is a cleaning service offered for mobile homes?
An independent cleaning company handles the housekeeping of our mobile homes. Upon departure, you must leave your accommodation in a clean condition.u003cbru003eYou have the option of choosing the end-of-stay cleaning service, available as an extra. (See details at reception)
Does the campsite have a laundry room?
u003cstrongu003eYesu003c/strongu003e, the campsite has 4 washing machines and a tumble dryer. They operate with tokens available for purchase at reception. For mobile home guests, we also have an ironing board and iron available on a deposit basis at reception.
Can I use my own detergent in the laundry room?
u003cstrongu003eYesu003c/strongu003e, you can use your own detergent or purchase single-dose pods at reception.
